Herbed Cheese With Crostini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5.25 oz semi-soft cheese, chopped
    4.5 oz cream cheese, chopped
    1 tbsp brandy
    None None hot pepper sauce, to taste
    1 oz mixed soft herbs (parsley, chives and basil), finely chopped
    1/3 cup pecans, toasted, finely chopped
    None None melba toast, to serve
Preparation
    Beat cheese, cream cheese, brandy and hot pepper sauce together until creamy. Season. Shape into a log then roll in herbs and nuts to coat. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour, or until firm. Serve with melba toast.
