Hot Mushroom Canapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese with chives
1/2 stick butter
1 egg yolk
1 small can or jar sliced mushrooms
1 box Old English melba toast rounds (garlic flavor)

Preparation

You must use melba toast with this recipe.
Regular crackers will become soggy.
