Salmon Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 oz can red salmon, drained
    1/2 cup light sour cream
    4 tbsp chopped parsley
    1 None garlic clove, minced
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    8 None drops Tabasco sauce
    None None Small black olives (optional)
    None None Lemon wedges, melba toast, and pita chips, to serve
Preparation
    Flake salmon and mix gently in a bowl with sour cream. Add half of parsley, garlic, lemon juice, and Tabasco, and season to taste. Chill until ready to serve.
    Serve sprinkled with remaining parsley and black olives, if using, along with lemon wedges, melba toast and crisp lebanese bread.
