Mix soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, lemon, onion and white wine.
Marinate shrimp for 2 hours.
Thread shrimp and fruit on skewers.
Place on grill.
Baste with marinade sauce and cook for 10 minutes.
Serve over 1/2 cup of cooked rice.
Combine Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce, brown sugar, and grated ginger root. Pour mixture over salmon* in a large sealable bag. Marinate for 30 minutes, turning bag over once. Grill following your favorite method.

Mix the soy sauce, parsley, onion, garlic
Slightly freeze roast to cut into thin slices.
Add marinade sauce.
Follow directions on back of marinade sauce package.
When meat is almost done, add onions and peppers.
When done, put in shell.
Add shredded cheese, sour cream, black olives, onions, lettuce and tomatoes.
Cut and season steaks.
Mix the remainder of the ingredients together and place the steaks in the sauce and marinade for at least 1 hour.
Grill the steak on the BBQ.
At the same time,simmer the marinade in a saucepan to be poured over the steak when served.

and cover with the teriyaki marinade sauce. Marinate at least 2 hours
Mix the first six ingredients, and any or all of the rest that intrigue you, with one exception:
Just before using, add the aromatics (ginger, herbs, etc). Don't overmarinate. Brush lightly on meat, fish, or portabello mushrooms.
The marinade will keep for years (sez Bob) as long as it isn't contaminated by raw meat or fish.

I REFUSE to eat pork, however, when marinated in this, it was AWESOME!

If using bamboo skewers in place of lemongrass, soak them in water for 30 minutes so they won't burn.
Combine all marinade sauce ingredients and marinate the shrimp for 15 minutes.
If using lemongrass, cut lemongrass into 10\" (25 cm) lengths. Skewer 3 shrimp with lemongrass or bamboo skewer.
Grill or broil shrimp until nicely charred.

If you intend to serve the marinade as a sauce, set some of it aside so that it never comes into contact with any uncooked meat or bring any that does come into contact with meat to a full boil to kill any bacteria that might be present.
Marinate meat 2 to 3 hours or longer.

This sauce is good for beef, pork and chicken; and can be used for kabobs or barbecue. Mix meat with marinade sauce in bag or bowl turning every few hours until ready to cook.
