E. C. Mitcham'S Marinade Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 to 1 c. oil
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. pepper
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. parsley
2 crushed garlic cloves
1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
Preparation

Mix all together.
Use to marinate any beef, pork, chicken or seafood.
If you intend to serve the marinade as a sauce, set some of it aside so that it never comes into contact with any uncooked meat or bring any that does come into contact with meat to a full boil to kill any bacteria that might be present.
Marinate meat 2 to 3 hours or longer.
