Delicious Vegetable Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bottom round roast
    1 lb. frozen carrots
    1 lb. frozen mixed American vegetables (pkg. should include cauliflower, green beans, red pepper and peas)
    1 pepperoni stick
    2 large onions
    1 clove garlic
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 pkg. vegetable soup mix
    Mrs. Dash
    pepper
    A.1. sauce
    teriyaki barbecue marinade sauce
Preparation
    Take large knife; make four deep slits in roast.
    Cut four pieces of pepperoni and push into slits.
    Cut slits in roast and put slices of garlic into slits.
    Season meat with Mrs. Dash, pepper, A.1. sauce, teriyaki barbecue marinade sauce.
    Let sit in refrigerator overnight.
    Heat oil in roasting pot.
    Brown roast on all sides.
    Cover 1/2 of roast with water.
    Add onions.
    Cook on low for 1 hour.
    Cook on high for 1/2 hour.
    Add soup mix and frozen vegetables.
    Continue cooking for another 1/2 hour.
    Remove meat; drain juice from vegetables.
    Make gravy with juice.
    Serve meat with vegetables and gravy over rice.
