Make 2 crust pie recipe. Put water, sugar and cream of tartar in a pan and bring to a boil. Add Ritz crackers and bring to a boil; boil 1 minute. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover with top pie crust. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Fry the onions until golden brown, and then remove from pan to a small dish.
Brown meat.
Add molasses, soy sauce, salt and hot water to cover.
Simmer for about 1 1/2 hours.
Add celery and simmer another 15 minutes.
Add chop suey vegetables and mushrooms (juice and all).
Simmer until all vegetables and meat are tender. Pour into baking dish and cover with Bisquick Meat Pie Recipe to which has been added a small amount of celery seed.
Boil the macaroni until soft. Do not overboil. Allow macaroni to cool.
In a mixing bowl, mix the mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, cheese, chopped onions, salt, black pepper, hot sauce, chopped sweet pepper, and onion powder.
Beat the eggs and milk in a separate bowl.
Mix the macaroni with the mayonnaise mixture.
Place in a baking dish.
Pour the egg and milk mixture over the macaroni, evenly. Garnish the macaroni with cheese and breadcrumbs. Sprinkle oregano over the breadcrums.
Bake in oven for 30-40 minutes or until it it set.
Boil macaroni for 8 to 10 minutes in salt.
Drain, do not rinse.
Pour into mixing bowl; add cheese, beaten egg, milk and pepper.
Mix well.
Pour into casserole dish, dot with butter. Bake at 450\u00b0 until brown.

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add macaroni and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
Beat eggs and milk together. Pour half of the cooked macaroni into 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover macaroni with half of the cheese. Pour remaining macaroni into baking dish leaving a little room at the top. Cover with remaining cheese. Pour egg mixture over macaroni. Sprinkle with salt.
Bake in a preheated over for an hour or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
