Quarter the potatoes and boil until you can pierce with a fork. Drain potatoes.
In a large bowl, add potatoes, Lipton vegetable soup mix, sour cream and mayonnaise.
Cover and put in refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.

In large bowl, combine Lipton(R) Recipe Secrets(R) Vegetable Soup Mix, Mayonnaise and vinegar.
Add potatoes and onion; toss well. Chill 2 hours.

Stir stewed tomatoes and water together in a saucepan; bring to boil. Stir vegetable soup mix into the tomato mixture. Remove saucepan from heat, place cover on the pan, and set aside until the vegetables are hydrated, 3 to 5 minutes.

Leftover Vegetable Soup Transformed Indian Style

Reserve 1 cup of vegetable soup liquid. Drain the rest.
Place vegetables and reserved liquid into blender. Blend until finely grained.

Orange Vegetable Soup

In large soup pan, combine cubed sirloin steak and Lipton onion
soup mix, cover with water, cover and simmer until meat is tender.
Add frozen vegetables, zucchini and tomato sauce special with bits.
Cut orange in half.
Take one half.
Grate 2 to 4 tablespoons rind and squeeze out juice.
Add grated rind and juice to soup.
Take other orange half.
Peel and cut into sections. Add to soup.
Cook for several hours.
Add 2 tablespoons sugar before serving.

Veggie Soup

Combine all ingredients in a large dutch oven, cook until tender.
Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and croutons if desired.
For Vegetarian use the vegetable broth and make sure your package of vegetable soup is vegetarian.

Vegetable Noodle Soup

In large saucepan, combine water, tomato sauce and vegetables. Bring to a boil, then simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes. Stir in Lipton noodle soup mix and chicken.
Bring to a boil, then simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

French Onion Dip Or Vegetable Dip

Mix the Lipton onion soup mix to the sour cream.
Chill for 2 to 3 hours.
Serve with chips.

Spinach Dip

Squeeze some water from spinach.
Blend with mayo and sour cream.
Stir in chopped onions and vegetable soup.
Refrigerate overnight.
Serve in a scooped out pumpernickel bread, saving the cut-out cubed bread for dipping along with vegetables.

Hot And Creamy Veg Dip

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In 1 quart casserole combine vegetable soup mix, Ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese and bacon. Top with remaining Monterey Jack cheese and bake uncovered 30 minutes until heated through.
Makes 2 1/2 cups dip.

Grate carrots and radishes.
Mix
sour cream, mayonnaise, dill weed and soup mix.
Use fat-free sour cream and low-fat mayonnaise for a low-fat dip.

Spinach Dip

In bowl, blend vegetable soup, sour cream, water chestnuts, mayonnaise and spinach (thaw and squeeze all water from spinach before mixing with other ingredients).
Chill for 2 hours or overnight.

Vegetable Dip

Mix sour cream and soup mix well.
Chill for 2 hours.
Serve. Great for vegetables, on potatoes or with chips.
