Combine maple syrup, brown sugar, mustard, salt and cayenne in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add Lit'l Smokies smoked sausages and bring to a simmer. Heat, stirring occasionally, until sauce is reduced and almost gone, about 15 minutes. Sauce will be thick.
Remove smoked sausages on to a parchment-lined baking sheet and when cool enough to handle, dip in pistachios. Serve warm.

Combine the beer, syrup, honey, cornstarch, cinnamon and black pepper in a large skillet and bring to a boil, stirring frequently; reduce heat and simmer for 15 - 17 minutes, stirring frequently, until it has been reduced by half.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Cut each apricot into four strips. Cut each slice of prosciutto into four short strips.
Make a slice in each smoked sausage and stuff with an apricot piece. Wrap a piece of prosciutto around the smoked sausage and place on the baking sheet.
Bake for 15 to 18 min until prosciutto is just crisping. Stir together vinegar and honey and drizzle on smoked sausages just before serving with party picks.

Chili-Cheese Stuffed Lit'L Smokies® Smoked Sausage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix cream cheese, chili powder, paprika and Cheddar cheese in a bowl. Transfer mixture to a zip-top bag and snip a small piece off of one corner of the bag. Split smoked sausages down the middle without cutting them in half.
Squeeze a little cheese mixture into each smoked sausage. Place on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes until heated.
Serve hot, sprinkled with lime zest and cilantro.

Hillshire Farm Lit'L Smokies® French Toast Bites

Prepare French toast according to package directions. Saute smoked sausages in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
Cut French toast into 1-inch wide pieces. Spread a little maple syrup on each piece of toast then sandwich one smoked sausage between two pieces of toast and seal together with a toothpick. Repeat with remaining smoked sausages.
Mix 1/4 cup maple syrup and Dijon mustard in a small bowl and serve alongside French toast bites. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar before serving.

Chili Chicken With B.L.A.T. Salad

Combine chicken, chili flakes, salt and olive oil in a large bowl. Oil a grill plate (or grill) and place over medium heat. Cook chicken for 3 mins per side, or until cooked through. Set aside.
Clean grill plate and increase heat to high. Coat ciabatta lightly with olive oil. Cook ciabatta and bacon for 1 min per side, or until golden and crisp.
Arrange lettuce, chicken, bacon, tomatoes and avocado in serving bowls.
Whisk together remaining ingredients and season. Drizzle over salads and serve with ciabatta.
