Louisiana Style Li'L Smokies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 slices bacon, diced
    1/2 c. onion, diced
    1/4 c. green pepper, diced
    1 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    3/4 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. Tabasco green pepper sauce
    1 1/2 pkg. Li'L Smokies
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Fry bacon in a large, heavy saucepan over medium heat until crisp and browned.
    Add onion and pepper; cook until tender.
    Stir in pineapple juice, ketchup and sauce; mix well.
    Add sausage; bring to a boil.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
