Grandma'S Delicious Homemade Ice Cream

Dissolve Junket tablets in cold water.
Mix milk, cream, sugar, salt and vanilla in a pan& heat to lukewarm.
(NOT hot!) Add Junket tablets.
Mix well and pour immediately into freezer (with dasher in place).
Let stand until set.
(will be thick like Junket) Mix in the ice cream freezer until thick& stiff.
Serve as-is- or with toppings!

Butterfinger Ice Cream

Combine sugar, milk, flour and egg yellows.
Beat egg whites and mix with other mixture.
Chop up Butterfingers in blender and add to milk mixture.
Dissolve Junket tablets in 1/4 cup cold water.
Pour everything in freezer with the Junket tablets being the last thing in.
Turn dasher 3 or 4 times and close up.
Let sit for 5 minutes before cranking.

Homemade Ice Cream

First, soak Junket tablets in water.
Beat eggs.
Beat in sugar and vanilla.
Add milk and and cream.
Heat this to lukewarm and add dissolved Junket tablets.
Stir and put in freezer to set. Let set at least 15 minutes.
Freeze.
Makes 1 gallon.

Papa'S Favorite Banana Ice Cream

Blend in blender: egg yolk, sugar, whipping cream and Junket.
Whip egg whites and
mix all in 1 1/2 gallon (6 quarts) ice cream freezer.
Add milk to finish filling and
follow freezer instructions as usual.
**I find the Junket mix in the area of the store with the canned milk.

Homemade Ice Cream

Beat eggs, add sugar, add canned milk, add Junket and vanilla. Mix well.
Add fruit or cookies (6 large bananas, 8 to 10 peaches, 1 row Oreo cookies).
Put into canister.
Add milk to line on canister.
Make as usual for homemade ice cream.

Jobneh (Syrian Cheese)

Melt two junket tablets in three tbsp water. Stir tablets in milk and place on low heat and stir until milk curdles.
Pour milk in a cheesecloth bag and let water drain. When cheese settles at the bottom of the bag, shape smoothly with your hands making sure all water drains out. Sprinkle with salt (but omit if you are using it for desserts).

Raspberry Danish Dessert

Prepare Junket as for fruit sauce, using

Strawberry Pie

Mix sugar and berries and let stand.
Drain juice off berries and add enough water to make 2 cups.
Cook a little, then add Junket mix.
Remove from heat and cool.
Add berries and put in baked pie shell.
Add whipped cream for topping.

Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

Separate eggs.
Whip egg yolks with a little milk.
Add junket tablets, sugar and a little more milk.
Stir until sugar is completely dissolved.
Add salt and vanilla.
Whip egg whites and fold into other mixture.
Pour into ice cream maker can and add milk to the line on can.
Turn until it begins to thicken, then add chocolate chips.
It is finished when you can not turn any more. Put into freezer until ready to serve.

Homemade Ice Cream

Mix first 5 ingredients together.
Set aside.
Mix Junket tablets and water until tablets dissolve.
Add mixtures together. Pour into ice cream maker and add milk.
Use crushed ice and rock salt to harden.

Banana Ice Cream

Dissolve Junkets in 2 teaspoons water; set aside.
Mash bananas in a bowl and set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients until sugar is dissolved.
Add bananas, then the Junket mixture.
Pour into freezing container of home ice cream maker.
Follow freezing directions recommended by the manufacturer of the ice cream maker.

Homemade Ice Cream

Mix the vanilla Junket and condensed milk.
Add eggs, sugar and evaporated Pet milk.
Cook until a little hard.
Put into freezer and fill up with milk.

Pink Cloud Pudding

Prepare JUNKET Danish Dessert AS PIE FILLING, according to directions on package, then let cool 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl & with electric mixer, beat together cream cheese & sugar until smooth & creamy.
To the cream cheese mixture, gradually add cooled Danish Dessert mixture, along with strawberries & lemon juice.
Fold in whipped cream, then pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole or serving bowl.
Chill before serving.

Homemade Ice Cream

Heat milk and sugar; beat eggs and add to creams.
Add vanilla; stir well.
Add Junket tablets that have dissolved; stir well.
Put in ice cream freezer and place paddle.
Do not disturb for 10 to 12 minutes, until it forms a custard, then freeze it. Makes 1 gallon.

Never Fail Ice Cream

Dissolve Junket tablets in 1/4 cup warm water.
Beat eggs; add sugar, salt, vanilla and half and half.
Let stand for 10 minutes. Add enough milk to fill the freezer container to 1 inch from top. Let stand 10 minutes and freeze.

Super Homemade Ice Cream

Beat eggs, whites separate, then yolks.
Mix half and half, Milnot, junket and eggs.
Add milk, then sugar and vanilla.
This recipe works for any flavor by adding fruits, nuts, etc.

Fresh Strawberry Pie

Place washed and cleaned strawberries in pie shell.
Cook Junket according to package directions for pie filling.
Take off heat.
Add strawberry jello; mix well.
Pour over strawberries in pie shell.
Refrigerate until set.
Serve with Cool Whip.

Ice Cream(One Gallon)

Mix sugar, salt, eggs and milk together; cook in double boiler until thickened.
Add vanilla, cream and Junket tablets.
Mix thoroughly and then allow to cool.
Pour in freezer container and prepare according to directions.
For fruit flavored, add 1 quart crushed fruit.

Ray Hutchison'S Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream

These ingredients are for a 1-gallon freezer; multiply or reduce proportionately for 1/2 to 1 1/2-gallon freezers.
Blend eggs, sugar, half and half and whipping cream in mixer until sugar dissolves.
Dissolve Junket in small amount of milk.
Blend all ingredients, adding Eagle Brand milk and vanilla until mixture is smooth.
Pour into freezer can.
Fill to capacity with whole milk and freeze according to freezer directions.

Banana Ice Cream

Beat eggs; add sugar and mashed bananas.
Dissolve junket tablets in 1 tablespoon of water.
Add enough milk to fill freezer and freeze.
