Super Homemade Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. half and half
    2 cans Milnot
    4 eggs
    1 c. sugar (or more to suit taste)
    1 pkg. junket mix
    1 tsp. vanilla
    milk (to fill up gallon freezer)
Preparation
    Beat eggs, whites separate, then yolks.
    Mix half and half, Milnot, junket and eggs.
    Add milk, then sugar and vanilla.
    This recipe works for any flavor by adding fruits, nuts, etc.
