Homemade Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 qt. milk
    1 pt. coffee cream
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    3 c. sugar
    10 tsp. vanilla
    5 eggs
    6 Junket tablets, dissolved in 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Heat milk and sugar; beat eggs and add to creams.
    Add vanilla; stir well.
    Add Junket tablets that have dissolved; stir well.
    Put in ice cream freezer and place paddle.
    Do not disturb for 10 to 12 minutes, until it forms a custard, then freeze it. Makes 1 gallon.
