Never Fail Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cartons half and half (we used to have cow's cream)
    dash of salt
    4 Junket tablets
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Dissolve Junket tablets in 1/4 cup warm water.
    Beat eggs; add sugar, salt, vanilla and half and half.
    Let stand for 10 minutes. Add enough milk to fill the freezer container to 1 inch from top. Let stand 10 minutes and freeze.
