Ingredients

6 eggs (sepatated)
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 pint whipping cream
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (4 ounce) package vanilla ice cream mix (junket)
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 ripe bananas
1 cup chopped pecans (optional) or 1 cup walnuts (optional)
milk, to fill freezer
Preparation

Blend in blender: egg yolk, sugar, whipping cream and Junket.
Whip egg whites and
mix all in 1 1/2 gallon (6 quarts) ice cream freezer.
Add milk to finish filling and
follow freezer instructions as usual.
**I find the Junket mix in the area of the store with the canned milk.
