Using a blender or magic bullet, place all the ingredients into the container and blend until all is combined and is thick. If you need more milk, add a little at a time. Remember this is not a smoothie, it's pudding. A very rich pudding.
Pour into 6 individual dessert dishes, cover and place in fridge for about a half hour. Store in fridge but must be eaten within one day.

Makes 6 petite but very rich tasting servings.
Mix two scoops protein powder (I use Any Whey) with a large carton of Faga yogurt in a large bowl.
Add sugar free pudding (of your choice) and 1 1/2 cups milk or water (I am lactose intolerant so I use water and it turns out fine). Mix well.
Chill and later top with sugar free Cool Whip.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spread hazelnuts onto a baking sheet.
Toast hazelnuts in the preheated oven until golden and fragrant, 7 to 12 minutes. Cool nuts completely.
Process ricotta cheese, hazelnuts, cocoa powder, stevia, vanilla protein powder, and vanilla extract in a food processor until smooth.
Prepare vanilla custard pudding as directed on box.
When this is ready, line the bottom and sides of a deep dish with a thick layer of vanilla wafer (not crumbled).
Next, place alternately layers of bananas, vanilla wafers that have been crumbled and vanilla custard pudding in the dish, making sure that the top layer is a generous one of the crumbled vanilla wafers (number of layers depending on quantity desired).
Place tofu in a food processor and process until smooth, no lumps. Transfer to a mixing bowl.
Add almond milk, chocolate flavored stevia, and stevia powder to tofu and blend with a mixer.
While the mixer is going, add chocolate pudding and mix well, for about a minute or two.
Divide into 4 generous servings and enjoy! Refrigerate leftovers.

Bake 20-30 minutes.

Bake 23 minutes.
Mix milk, pudding and protein powder for 2 minutes or until combined and refrigerate.
When you are ready for a shake, pour in one cup of the pudding mixture to your blender and add ice.
**Flavor Ideas: When I mix chocolate pudding and chocolate protein powder, I add 2 tbsp of peanut butter. I also use banana pudding with vanilla powder and add in frozen strawberries or blueberries. The combinations are endless. Tomorrow I am trying vanilla pudding and vanilla powder with canned pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice.

Measure milk (package calls for 2 cups but only use 1 cup). Add protein powder to the milk. Mix throughly.
Add pudding mix and pumpkin pie spice into another bowl and mix the dry ingredients with a spoon or fork.
Pour milk/protein mixture and pudding mixture till mixed throughly.
Place in refrigerator and chill. Top each serving with 1 tablespoon Cool Whip.
