8 ounces water or 4 ounces soy milk and 4oz water
2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (1 scoop)
1 tablespoon sugar free jello lemon pudding mix
2 ice cubes
Preparation

Place water in blender, add protein and then remaining ingredients.
Blend on low, then high until well blended.
