Boil tomato paste, salt, ketchup, sugar, vinegar and oil for 10 minutes.
Add hot pepper rings.
Cook 3 minutes or until peppers are hot.
Pack in jars while hot and seal.

Line 13 x 9-inch pan with pepper rings. Beat eggs, milk and melted butter together and pour over pepper rings.

Chop cabbage very fine. Chop green tomatoes and hot pepper; mix together with cabbage. Pack in a crock jar (stone jar) tightly. Use 5 cups per layer. Sprinkle about 1 tablespoon of canning salt over the first layer. Then add another layer of cabbage mix and canning salt. Pack tightly and continue until the crock jar is full. Place a plate on top of packed cabbage mix. Then place a flint rock on top of the plate and cover with a cloth or a tight cover. Let it \"work\" for 9 days.
Mix solution of water, oil, vinegar, oregano, garlic and pickling salt.
Pour over pepper rings and soak in refrigerator overnight.
Remove peppers from solution.
Boil solution.
Pack pepper rings in jars.
Pour hot solution in jars over pepper rings.
Seal.
In a medium bowl, stir cream cheese until smooth.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover; refrigerate until serving time, at least 2 hours.
Garnish with pepper rings.
Serve with fresh vegetables or crackers for dipping.
Makes about 1 1/4 cups. Double, if needed.
