Hot Pepper Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sheets uncooked and uncut hot pepper pasta (from specialty shop) *
    1 bunch broccoli, cooked 3 minutes in microwave
    1/2 lb. thinly sliced ham or leftover ham
    12 oz. pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    3/4 (1 lb.) box Ricotta or cottage cheese
    1 qt. heavy cream or half and half (to save calories)
    fresh or dried parsley
    2 Tbsp. pine nuts, sauteed in oil just until lightly browned (optional)
    6 to 8 thinly sliced red or green bell pepper rings (optional)
Preparation
    *Regular lasagna may be used.
    Sprinkle each layer with 1/2 to 1 teaspoon hot pepper flakes.
