Creamy Pepper Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. cream cheese, softened (8 oz.)
    1/3 c. finely chopped pepper rings
    1 Tbsp. juice from rings
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. apple jelly or sweet marmalade
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped sweet red pepper
    whole hot pepper rings (for garnish)
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, stir cream cheese until smooth.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Cover; refrigerate until serving time, at least 2 hours.
    Garnish with pepper rings.
    Serve with fresh vegetables or crackers for dipping.
    Makes about 1 1/4 cups. Double, if needed.
