Hot Pepper Rings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) jar mild or hot banana pepper rings, drained
    4 eggs
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Line 13 x 9-inch pan with pepper rings. Beat eggs, milk and melted butter together and pour over pepper rings.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Slice and serve on Triscuits or crackers.
