Melt chocolate in a bowl set over a small pot of simmering water.
Using a pastry brush paint chocolate onto the inside of the muffin liners.

Cook rice according to package directions.
Place approximately 2 ounces of ham and slice of tomato on toasted muffin.
Mound 1/4 cup rice on tomato and cover with slice of cheese.
Heat and melt cheese in broiler.
Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe glass or ceramic bowl in 15-second intervals, stirring after each melting, 1 to 3 minutes.
Line muffin cup liners with a layer of chocolate, about 2 teaspoons each.
Mix almond butter and confectioners' sugar together in a separate bowl until thoroughly combined. Roll mixture into 10 balls. Flatten balls and place onto chocolate layer, leaving an 1/8-inch rim at edges.

Split and toast the English muffin.
Spread the hummus on each half or the muffin and leave open-face (feels like more food that way).
Place tomato slices on top of the hummus.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Spray a frying pan or skillet with the cooking spray.
Turn the stove on high.
When the oil gets hot crack the egg but only cook the egg white.
Take one slice of ham and put it in the pan.
When they are finish cooking open up the English muffin and put the egg in then the ham then take the cheese slice and put it on top of the ham and close the muffin.
Put in in the microwave for 10 sec. or when the cheese melts!

2 cups homemade biscuit-mix.

Lightly toast the English muffin halves. Spread with pizza sauce. Top with arugula, mushrooms and cheese.
Broil until cheese has melted. Serve immediately.
Combine the cottage cheese, jam and water in a food processor, and blend until smooth. (You may have to stop the blender and shake the jar so that the mixture ends up over the blades again. Mine never did get TOTALLY smooth.).
Divide the blended mixture and spread half on each half of the English muffin. Sprinkle Splenda over it, if desired.
Toast until the edges of the muffins start to brown.
Other ingredients will vary according to box directions, such as eggs, oil, etc.
Brown sausage in a frying pan; drain.
Prepare both boxes of blueberry muffin mix, according to directions, in a large bowl.
Add sausage and pour into a 9X13 baking dish.
Cooking times will vary, but mine is usually done in about 30 minutes, or until golden on top.
Use a toothpick to test for doneness if you are unsure.
Cut into squares.
HOMEMADE PESTO: Combine basil, oil, grated
In a large Dutch oven, lightly brown the meat in oil and garlic at medium-low heat.
Slowly mix in water and tomato paste. Add onions, celery and bell peppers. Simmer, covered, 3 to 5 hours until meat is very tender. Check often and add water as needed, making certain there is about a quart of thin sauce when ready to add the pasta.
Add salt, pepper and homemade pasta.
Simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes to 1/2 hour, stirring often, until broth is absorbed.
Stir in parsley. Serves 6.
