Make Biscuits:
Put oven rack in
his is a basic recipe to making gravy for any type of oven
I use leftover roast and cut it up in small chunks.
Chop 3 to 4 potatoes in cubes and boil with salt and pepper; don't overcook. Saute 1 large onion in butter in a large black skillet.
Add potatoes.
Use the juice to make gravy or get a brown gravy mix and use to thicken.
Add meat last.
Bake biscuits separately and split open, then pour hash on top.

Place biscuits onto a medium sheet pan
Brown sausage, drain and set aside.
Prepare gravy as directed on package.
Mix the gravy and sausage together.
Bake biscuits as directed on package.
When biscuits are done, cut in half and pour gravy over biscuits and serve.
Fry sausage in skillet cutting apart as you cook to make small pieces.
Drain and reserve 1/3 c of grease.
Remove sausage from skillet.
Return the 1/3 c of grease to it.
Whisk in the self rising flour until brown.
Return the sausage and all other ingredients Heat until thick.
Serve over biscuits.

For Pie: Saute onions and green
With fork, stir together the baking mix and water to form a soft dough.
Turn out dough onto floured surface; knead 10 times. Roll out dough to 3/4-inch thickness.
Cut with 2-inch round cutter.
Place 1 inch apart on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 12 biscuits.
Melt margarine in baking dish.
Salt and pepper the chicken to taste.
Dip chicken in melted margarine.
Add flour to margarine with a fork; work flour into margarine.
Add broth; stir until smooth.
Place in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
Check in 15 minutes and stir mixture to smooth any lumps.
When chicken is done, put biscuits on top of chicken and gravy; either canned or homemade biscuits.
Bake until brown (serve hot).
In large skillet crumble the sausage and cook until browned. Sprinkle in the flour, stirring constantly. When mixture is smooth, slowly add the milk, stirring constantly, for about 3 minutes until mixture is creamy and bubbly.
Split your biscuits and pour the gravy over them.

Remove biscuits from packages, separate
celery and dash of salt for 5 minutes.
Add sausage
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Sprinkle flour over melted butter and whisk together to form a paste. Allow this to cook for a minute.
Pour in milk, all at once, whisking constantly.
Add seasonings, whisking constantly. Allow the gravy to come to a boil, still whisking. Taste and adjust seasoning, if necessary.

To serve- split biscuits and top with sausage gravy.
