Meme'S Hash And Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    leftover roast, cubed
    3 to 4 potatoes, cubed
    salt and pepper
    1 large onion, diced
    brown gravy mix or homemade gravy
    biscuits
Preparation
    I use leftover roast and cut it up in small chunks.
    Chop 3 to 4 potatoes in cubes and boil with salt and pepper; don't overcook. Saute 1 large onion in butter in a large black skillet.
    Add potatoes.
    Use the juice to make gravy or get a brown gravy mix and use to thicken.
    Add meat last.
    Bake biscuits separately and split open, then pour hash on top.
