Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Brown hamburger. Drain fat. Mix together hamburger, refried beans, enchilada sauce, olives, mushrooms and tomatoes. Spoon some of the mixture into each tortilla, making it the size you want; fold each one and put in a pan. Mix the soup in a separate bowl with a little water or milk, about 1 1/2 cups. Pour over enchiladas. Cover with cheese. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes. Garnish with sour cream.

Sour Cream Enchiladas

Spoon onto tortilla with sauce.

Brown hamburger; season to taste.
Dip tortillas in boiling water.
Roll hamburger in tortilla.
Place in an 8 x 11-inch pan. Spread chopped green peppers and cheese on top.
Combine soup and milk; heat until smooth.
Pour over enchiladas and bake until cheese is melted.
