Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 small onion
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    oil
    corn tortillas
    Cheddar cheese (grated)
    flour
    small can tomato sauce
    chili powder
    water
Preparation
    Fry hamburger and onion until done.
    Drain.
    Season to taste. Set aside.
    Fry tortillas in oil until flimsy.
    Spoon hamburger and small amount of cheese in the tortilla.
    Roll up and place side by side in a large casserole dish.
    For sauce, take some flour, salt, pepper and chili powder.
    Mix together.
    Add water and tomato sauce.
    This is an experimental process because it all depends on how large of a pan you are making.
    The sauce needs to be thin enough and yet thick enough to have texture.
    Pour over rolled-up enchiladas and top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes, until all cheese is melted.
