Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cans enchilada sauce (mild)
1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 to 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 small can chopped black olives
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
chopped onion to taste
1 small container sour cream
Preparation

Brown hamburger with 1 package taco seasoning.
Spoon onto tortilla with sauce.
Top with cheese, olives, peppers, onion and sour cream.
Roll and place in pan.
(Continue until hamburger is gone.)
Top pan of enchiladas with sauce and more cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
