Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger meat
1 pkg. medium flour tortillas
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 small can green chiles, chopped
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1/2 chopped onion
Preparation

Brown hamburger meat with onion added. Cream together the sour cream, chicken soup and chiles.
Roll hamburger meat inside tortillas.
Place in pan and pour cream sauce over top of enchiladas.
Top with grated cheese. Cook, uncovered, for 20 to 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Serve when cheese is melted and bubbly.
