Greg'S Famous Fruit Breakfast Casserole

Layer bottom of 10-inch skillet with fresh fruit.
Add butter and brown sugar; sprinkle pecans over fruit.
Warm it up.
In a bowl, mix 7 eggs, sugar, vanilla and Bisquick.
Pour mix on top of fruit; cover and cook on low for 20 minutes.
Flip onto a plate; sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with syrup.

Tropical Fruit Breakfast For One

Put the mango and banana into a bowl.
Scoop the pulp out of the passion fruit and gently mix in with the mango and banana.
Transfer to your serving dish and top with yogurt.

Fresh Fruit Breakfast Cup

Combine all fruit, preparing bananas and peaches last.
No sugar or dressing is needed.

Breakfast Sundae

Place half of fruit in bottom of footed, glass dessert dish or small bowl.
Top with half the yogurt.

Place dried fruit in a large heatproof bowl.

Spread each roll with barbecue sauce or ketchup.
Fill each with a sliced egg, sliced ham, 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts and a squeeze of mayonnaise.
Serve with fruit or fruit juice, if you like.

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except bread well; you can use immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.

Brian'S Favorite Sunday Breakfast

Cook sausages in frying pan until well done.
Drain off fat. Add fruit cocktail to frying pan, scraping brown bits into the fruit and syrup.
Serve sausage and fruit cocktail warm.
Serve with buttered toast.

Quick And Easy Fruit Salad

Drain pineapple, mixed fruit and peaches, reserving pineapple juice.
Combine juice, pudding mix and instant breakfast drink; stir well.
Combine fruit and dressing; toss gently.
Chill. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.

Breakfast Bagel

Heat a medium skillet on high heat. Cook bacon 1-2 mins each side, until golden and crispy.
Spread bottom half of bagel with cream cheese. Top with salad greens, tomato slices and bacon. Sandwich together with remaining bagel half.
Arrange bagel on a serving tray with fresh fruit and coffee or tea.

Oats And Fruit Breakfast Mix

In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients.
Store in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
To prepare oatmeal: In a deep microwave safe bowl, combine 1/2 cup oatmeal mix and 3/4 cup water.
Microwave, uncovered on high for 1 minute; stir.
Cook 30-60 seconds longer or until bubbly.
Let stand 1-2 minutes.

Couscous For Breakfast!

Bring the milk to the boil without scorching.
As soon as the milk starts to boil, stir in the couscous with a fork. Add a pinch of salt.
Reduce heat, cover and cook on low for 4 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in the rose water or almond extract.
Garnish couscous with dried fruit, sugar, cardamom and nuts. If you wish, add a few slices of strawberries to each serving.
Also, you can pour a little bit of milk or cream on top.
Serve hot.

Fruit Medley

Drain fruit cocktail and pineapple chunks.
Combine fruit cocktail and pineapple chunks with undrained mandarin orange segments.
Stir in dry vanilla pudding and breakfast drink.
Add apples and stir to make sure each chunk is covered with fruit sauce.
Makes 12 servings.
