Fruit Medley - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail in fruit juice
1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks in juice
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments
1 small pkg. sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
2 Tbsp. orange-flavored instant breakfast drink
2 medium Red Delicious apples, cut in chunks
Preparation

Drain fruit cocktail and pineapple chunks.
Combine fruit cocktail and pineapple chunks with undrained mandarin orange segments.
Stir in dry vanilla pudding and breakfast drink.
Add apples and stir to make sure each chunk is covered with fruit sauce.
Makes 12 servings.
