Breakfast Bagel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 slice bacon
    1 None plain bagel, split
    1 tbsp cream cheese
    1/2 cup mixed salad greens
    1 None plum tomato, thinly sliced
    None None Fresh fruit of choice
    None None Coffee or tea, to serve
Preparation
    Heat a medium skillet on high heat. Cook bacon 1-2 mins each side, until golden and crispy.
    Spread bottom half of bagel with cream cheese. Top with salad greens, tomato slices and bacon. Sandwich together with remaining bagel half.
    Arrange bagel on a serving tray with fresh fruit and coffee or tea.
