Iced Cappuccino Smoothie Mix

To prepare the smoothie mix, combine the coffee creamer, coffee granules, milk powder, sugar and cocoa in a blender and pulse several times until finely powdered and well blended.
To prepare a smoothie, combine 1/2 cup milk and 2 Tbsp smoothie mix in blender; whirl until smooth. Add 6-8 ice cubes and pulse until thick and creamy.

Diabetic Orange Mango Smoothie

Place everything together in a food processor, blender, or Smoothie maker.

Green Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

1.In a high powered blender, place all ingredients except milk substitute in order listed. Add one cup of the milk substitute, reserving extra if needed. Cover blender and blend until completely smooth. Add remainder of the milk substitute and blend, if needed, if you prefer a thinner smoothie.
2.*Other sweeteners for this smoothie we have used are 1 tablespoon honey OR 3 pitted Medjool dates OR 2 tablespoons gluten free brown rice syrup or maple syrup.

Hungry Girl'S Strawberry Cloud Smoothie Hg

Dissolve Coffee-mate in warm water.
Place all of the ingredients in blender, except for the whipped cream.
Blend on high speed for 30-45 seconds.
Pour, and top with Fat Free Redi-Whip. Strawberrylicious!

Blue Monkey Smoothie

Place milk, yogurt, Carnation Instant Breakfast drink, blueberries and bananas in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
To change flavor of the smoothie, blend in any flavor of fat free yogurt or unsweetened berries.
For a frostier drink, omit yogurt and blend in 1 cup of your favorite fat free frozen yogurt.

Green Smoothie

(Peel the banana BEFORE you freeze it!).
Pour juice into a blender jar.
Add chunked banana, yogurt, and spinach.
Blend thoroughly on High.
Enjoy! This recipe obviously can be tweaked to your heart's content -- add other fruit, use flavored yogurt, or even add ice cream or sherbet. It's an especially good way to use fruit that's slightly past its prime.

Banana Kale Smoothie

Make sure you remove the kale leaf from the central stem.
Place all ingredients in blender. Blend till smooth.
I love coconut and hazelnut so I used those two flavors. Using the Christmas pumpkin spice creamer and vanilla extract is an awesome variation as well. Another is fat-free half & half with blueberry syrup and vanilla extract.
The flavors don't match the color, this smoothie is bright green.
Makes one huge meal-sized smoothie or two smaller ones.

Single Serving Fruit Smoothie

Using a 2 cup measuring glass, add milk and yogurt, then add frozen fruit.
Add oatmeal and water.
Use immersion blender to blend ingredients.
If you do not have an immersion blender, you can use a regular blender.
If you like a thicker smoothie, so not use the water.

Raspberry-Peach Smoothie - Weight Watchers

Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve.
Note: *You can also used frozen, unsweetened peaches and raspberries instead of the fresh fruit.
For a thicker smoothie, add 1/4 cup of ice cubes before blending.

Orange-Banana-Lime Smoothie Popsicles

1. Puree yogurt, thawed orange juice concentrate, bananas, lime zest, and fresh lime juice in a blender.
2. Pour into six 3-ounce molds (can use mini baking tins or paper cups with popsicle sticks). Freeze until the smoothie pops are solid, about 4 hours.
3. To release pops, dip molds into hot water until pops loosen and slide out. If using cups, peel away paper.

"The Elvis" Smoothie

Place all ingredients in blender.
Blend until very smooth.
Serve immediately.
For a vegan smoothie, make with soy milk and soy yogurt.

Summer Fruit Smoothie

Blend all ingredients in blender until smoothie consistency is reached.

Margherita Pizza (Gluten Free)

Fat-Free Strawberry Dessert(My Personal Recipe)

Prepare cake mix according to directions.
Wash and slice strawberries and add yogurt.
Mix well.
Place a slice of cake on plate; top with strawberry yogurt mix and add fat-free whipped cream if you desire.
Light and fresh!

Sugar-Free Smoothie

Hull and wash the Strawberries.
Peel and slice the Banana.
Put everything into the blender and blend on
high speed until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Best Ever Cheesecake Smoothie (Healthy!)

Blend all ingredients except the diced cream cheese.
Pour smoothie into drinking cup, and add the diced cream cheese as garnish (if you dont mind your drink chunky).
ENJOY!

Buttercream-Lactose Free

With a mixer in a large bowl cream shortning(lard), margarine, and vanilla.
until well blended.
Add sugar 1c at a time and beat well; add water at the 2nd and 4th cup.
Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to a month.
This recipe goes good with One bowl Gluten free chocolate cake in a character pan.
