This is another really old menu.
My aunt, who later became head chef at the Memorial Union at the University of Wisconsin, gave me the salad and dessert recipes way back in the forties.
Dissolve Jello in 2/3 cup boiling water. Add 2 cups ice cubes and stir until thickened. Using a wire whisk, add dessert whip. Fold in fruit. Put in pie shell or dessert dishes.
