Diabetic Fruit Fluff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. dessert whip
1 - 3 oz. package sugar free Jello
1 - 9 inch pie shell, optional
1 cup fresh or light fruit
Preparation

Dissolve Jello in 2/3 cup boiling water. Add 2 cups ice cubes and stir until thickened. Using a wire whisk, add dessert whip. Fold in fruit. Put in pie shell or dessert dishes.
