Brew a pot of coffee - as strong as you can make.
Add 3 cups of sugar to coffee & stir to dissolve.
Once cooled, add pint of Everclear to coffee/sugar mix .
Store in 1/2 gallon glass container for at least 10 days. I plan to split between 2 - 1 quart Mason jars, dividing the vanilla bean between between the two jars.

Place the zest and the Everclear in a container and allow
Put the cider, juice, sugar and cinnamon sticks into a large kettle.
Bring to ALMOST a boil and then let cool. (NOTE: Everclear is flammable).
Pour in the everclear and mix.
Heat the apple juice and apple cider together with the brown sugar until the sugar is dissolved. Add Everclear; sample to ensure it is not too strong for your tastes.
I have trouble getting these ingredients so I use 3 liters of apple juice and boil it and the sugar with a few cinnamon sticks, some cloves, and a small chunk of ginger. When it starts to smell like cider, remove from heat, then mix 1/2 liter of Everclear. Pour the mixture into bottles, and chill. DELICIOUS!
Place a pot on low heat and pour in water and sugar.
Stir until sugar is completely dissolved.
Let cool to room temperature.
Mix in strawberry puree and lemon juice.
Next add in Everclear and stir well.
Strain mixture through layers of cheesecloth, making sure to remove all pulp.
Pour mix into a jar and let sit in refrigerator for a few weeks. The more time the jars are allowed to sit in refrigerator, the better it will get.
In a large stockpot bring the cherry juice to a slight simmer. Add in the maraschino cherries with it's juices. Add both the 1/2 cup each of white and brown sugar. Stir for a few minutes until all the sugar is dissolved. Once dissolved, remove from the heat and allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
Once cooled to room temperature, pour in 2 1/2 cups of the Everclear into the mixture along with 1 full cup of the chocolate liqueur.
Combine apple juice and cider and bring to a near boil.
Remove from heat and add sugar, cloves, and cinnamon sticks then stir.
Let mixture cool to at least room temperature and strain/remove cloves and cinnamon sticks.
Add half gallon of everclear.
Bottle it up. (make sure you have plenty of bottles cuz this makes almost three gallons of alcohol).
Enjoy warm or on the rocks. (make sure you shake bottle before pouring into your glass).
Pour apple juice and apple cider into a large pot and heat on medium-high. Stir in both sugars and simmer the mixture for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. In the last 5 minutes add the cinnamon sticks. After 20 minutes, remove from heat and allow to cool.
When liquid is completely cooled add Everclear and the whipped cream vodka. Remove cinnamon sticks before refrigerating the drink. Place mixture in large pitcher or beverage container in the refrigerator.
Mix together the vodka and Hqnotiq liqueur in a double-shot glass.
Layer grenadine over the mixture and the Bailey's over that.
Add a splash of Everclear over that and light the shot on fire.
Extinguish, and serve.
In 2-quart pan, put apple juice and warm (do not boil).
Add apple pie spice, and honey, mix well.
Add everclear and divide into bottles, cap and let age 1 month.
Serve cold or hot.

Cut rhubarb and mix with strawberries and 14 cups of water in large stockpot.
Boil for 30 minutes then strain off mash.
Dissolve in sugar and let cool.
Mix 4 cups prepared rhubarb juice with 2 cups water,2 T koolaid and 1/2 cup Everclear.
Repeat until juice is gone.
Combine the first four ingredients and bring to a boil.
Set aside and let cool completely (about 6 hours).
Remove cinnamon sticks and add everclear or vodka.
Stir to mix well and store in GLASS bottles keep cool and enjoy!
Bring water and sugar to a hard boil.
Let cool to room temperature.
Add 1 pint Everclear and peppermint extract.
Bottle and enjoy.
Pour boiling water over
coffee grounds.
Add a dash of baking powder.
Let
stand 45 minutes, stirring often.
Strain coffee through double cheesecloth or jelly bag.
Add sugar and boil another 20\tminutes.
Let
stand
until
completely cool. Add vanilla and Everclear.
Bottle
or\tjar.
Time of preparation: 2 hours.
Use filter and make coffee.
Pour into stainless pot and add 3 cups sugar.
Cool down to 100\u00b0.
Add 1 1/2 cups grain alcohol (Everclear) and 1 teaspoon pure vanilla.
Mix sugar and water.
Bring to a boil.
Boil 10 minutes.
Cool to room temperature.
Add Everclear and peppermint extract.
Makes 8 pints.
Make a simple syrup of water and sugar.
Cool after adding the instant coffee to room temperature.
Add vanilla and Everclear. Immediately place in glass container to store.
Makes 2 pints or 3 fifths.
Heat chokecherry juice to warm (but not hot) temperature to help disolve sugar. There is no fermentation after the alcohol is added.
Add sugar to warmed juice and stir until dissolved.
Add Everclear.
Stir, bottle, and let rest for at least one month.
Serve cool.
