Sort and wash
On top of stove -- In a large soup pan crumble and brown sausage - drain.
Add to sausage, soup with water.

I use the stems of the cauliflower and broccoli that was leftover from the broccoli and cauliflower salad to make the soup. Boil until tender; mash and remove any stems that are stringy. Proceed with your favorite cream soup recipe.
Cut potatoes into bite-size pieces.
Cover with water, (no salt!) and boil till tender.
Cut the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces.

I sometimes serve the sausage gravy over leftover potatoes from the previous night's dinner that I have fried up.
Recipe says serves 4, I find we rarely get more than 2 servings, so I often will double this.
Mix mushroom soup and milk together with half of the onion rings.
Layer hash brown potatoes, sausage, soup mixture and shredded cheese alternately.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until heated through, about 40 minutes.
Add more cheese and the rest of the onion on top.
Bake long enough to melt cheese.

Using a large saucepan, brown onion in butter.
Add potatoes, carrots, green peppers, sausage, water, salt and pepper. Cook on low, for about 45 minutes or until the potatoes are creamy.
Add milk and cook until heated through and then add instant potato flakes. If you want a creamy potato soup add a 1/2 cup potato flakes, or if you want your soup thick like stew add 1 cup of potato flakes.
Let soup sit for approximately 5 minutes in order to thicken and then serve.
Crumble uncooked sausage into bite-size pieces and put in slow cooker.
Add remaining ingredients.
Stir gently.
Cover and cook on low heat 4 to 6 hours.
Stir before serving.

Add all ingredients, except the macaroni, to a crock-pot.
Cook on low setting for 8-16 hours.
One hour before serving, turn setting to high and add macaroni.

In Dutch Oven, brown sausage with garlic.
Stir in broth, tomatoes and carrots, season with salt and pepper.
Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and allow to simmer 15 minutes.
Stir in beans with their liquid and zucchini.
Cover and simmer another 15 minutes, or until zucchini is tender.
Remove from heat, stir in spinach.
Cover and allow spinach to cook in the steam from the soup for another 5 minutes or until tender.
Serves 6.
