Spoon out a heaping tea spoon of cookie dough and roll into a ball.
Place them in the muffin tin (no paper inserts are needed).
Then you press the Rolo's into the center of the cookie.

Melt together margarine, Eagle Brand milk and chocolate chips. Add flour, nuts and vanilla.
Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Top each cookie with a Rolo candy.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
