Rolo Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    about 27 rolo candies
Preparation
    Combine sugar, brown sugar, butter, peanut butter, vanilla and egg.
    Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
    Mix well. Shape dough around rolo candy.
    Make sure candy is completely covered.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 9 minutes or until golden brown.
    Take out of oven and flatten with spatula. Cool for 10 minutes and remove from cookie sheet.
