Game Day Sausage Snacks

Preheat the broiler.
Place ground pork sausage and spicy ground pork sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain sausage. Mix in processed cheese sauce. Arrange pumpernickel party bread slices in a single layer on a medium baking sheet. Place even amounts of the sausage mixture on each slice.
Broil the bread slices 3 to 5 minutes, checking frequently, until toasted.

Bacon Cheese Snacks

Mix first 4 ingredients well.
Spread on rye rounds and sprinkle with bacon bits.
Heat in 375\u00b0 oven until cheese melts. Serve hot.
Makes snacks for 8.

Toasted Zucchini Snacks

Stir zucchini and salt; let stand 1 hour and drain.
Rinse and drain well, pressing out excess liquid.
Add mayonnaise, yogurt, cheese, onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and hot pepper sauce. Spread on bread and bake on baking sheet at 375\u00b0 for 12 minutes. Serve immediately.
Makes about 48 rye bread or 32 French bread snacks.

Brown sausage and drain.
Melt 2 pounds Velveeta.
Add catsup, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce and oregano.
Add sausage. Spread on party rye bread.
Freeze on 3 or 4 cookie sheets. Remove and stack in plastic bag.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
Makes about 100.

Hanky Panky(Sausage Snacks)

Crumble and brown sausage in skillet.
Cut up cheese; add to sausage with oregano to suit taste.
Stir well to get all mixed together.
Spread on top of pieces of party rye.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 5 to 10 minutes, until just lightly browned and bubbly.

Add tomato sauce.
Spread on slices of party rye.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
