Pound the chilis and garlic together in a mortar with a pestle. Add the bean and lightly crush. Add the tomatoes, sugar, roasted peanuts, dried shrimp, lime juice, lime wedges, and fish sauce to the mortar and gently mix together until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the papaya and mix together. Serve.

Bake, covered, at 375 for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Top fish with Cheddar cheese and remaining onions; bake, uncovered, 3 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
Put fish in a microwave dish.
Mix soup, apple juice and curry powder.
Pour over fish. Microwave six to eight minutes on High. Fish will flake when done.
May also be baked for 15 to 20 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
In Dutch oven, saute onions, celery and carrots in butter for 5 minutes.
Add fish, cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes, stirring frequently until fish flakes.

Add broth, crushed red pepper, water, potatoes and carrots.
Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add fish and green pepper.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat, cover and simmer until fish flakes easily with fork, about 5 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Arrange fish sticks in a single layer on a baking sheet, and bake 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until crisp and golden brown. Remove from heat and cut into thirds.
Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the tortillas until soft. Drain on paper towels.

In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, saute onion, celery, and green pepper for 10 minutes or until tender.
Stir in undrained stewed tomatoes, garlic and brown Sugar Twin.
Add fish and mix gently to combine.
Lower heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
For each serving, place 1/2 cup rice on a plate and spoon about 1 full cup fish mixture over top.
Fry or bake the fish sticks, use 1 1/2 fish sticks per taco, fill with condiments, eat!
and enjoy.
