Quick And Easy Fish Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed chicken broth
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
3 soup cans water
2 large potatoes, sliced
1 medium carrot, thinly sliced
1 1/2 lb. fish fillet, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 medium green pepper, diced
1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
Preparation

Cook and stir onion, garlic and thyme in oil in Dutch oven until onion is tender.
Add broth, crushed red pepper, water, potatoes and carrots.
Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add fish and green pepper.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat, cover and simmer until fish flakes easily with fork, about 5 minutes.
