For cake: Mix all ingredients together by hand.
Pour into greased 9x13x2 inch pan.
If using glass pan, bake at 325 degrees.
Otherwise, bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Check for doneness using toothpick.
For icing: Mix all ingredients together and frost cool cake.
Keep in refrigerator.
Will keep for a long time.
Cake:
Cream the oil, carrots, sugar, pineapple, eggs and vanilla.
Add flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
Add pecans and coconut.
Combine dry mix with creamed mix.
Pour into lightly greased 13\" x 9\" pan.
Bake the cake at 325 degrees for 40-60 minutes.
Cake icing:
Cream all the ingredients together until creamy. Toast some nuts and coconut and add to creamed mixture.Spread on cooled cake.
Decorate as desired.
Mix
pudding and milk; add Cool Whip
and
sour
cream. Mix together.
Put layer of graham crackers, layer
of pudding mixture, layer of graham crackers, layer
of
pudding
mixture and layer of graham crackers.
Then top
with
chocolate
cake icing. Chill for 2 hours, then serve.
Mix pudding, powdered sugar and Cool Whip.
Layer in 9 x 13-inch pan, 1 layer graham cracker crumbs, 1 layer pudding mix, 1 layer graham cracker crumbs and 1 layer pudding mix.
Top with milk chocolate cake icing.
Let get cold before serving.
Cut each cube in half, and spread one surface with jam and cream. Sandwich together.
Sift icing sugar and cocoa together into a large heatproof bowl. Stir in milk and butter.
Place icing over a saucepan of gently simmering water and heat gently, stirring, until icing sugar dissolves and mixture is smooth and runny (of coating consistency).
Using a fork, dip each cake piece into chocolate icing, draining off excess. Roll in coconut to coat. Place on a wire rack and leave to set. Store in an airtight container.

Grease 15cm x 25cm loaf pan or 24cm round cake tin.
Combine ingredients in a large bowl, stir well. Pour mixture into pan.
Bake in moderate (180C) oven ~1 hour.
Stand cake 5 minutes, turn onto wire rack to cool.
Frosting.
Beat cream cheese, butter and lemon until light and fluffy, gradually beat in icing sugar.
Spread cake with frosting.
Lightly grease an 8 inch cake pan and line with parchment
25cm square (10 inch) cake tin and line it with
medium bowl put your cake mix,pumpkin pie mix, sugar
oothpick. If toothpick is clean, cake is done.
Let cool
To make the cake, preheat the oven to 350

Mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil

Drain pineapple over
the cake.
Then
put icing on top of cake, topping with pineapple. Put

refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving.
Bake cake in baking pan by directions on box.
While cake is still hot, poke holes in top of cake, pour whole can of Eagle Brand milk over cake.
It will soak into cake.
Make icing by recipe box.
Ice cake and sprinkle coconut over top.
Delicious.
Make the cake in 2 layers and use a piece of string to slice these layers into 4 thinner layers.
Make the filling by mixing the cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip.
Place the filling between and on top of the 4 layers.
Warm the icing in the microwave until it will slightly pour out of the container.
Put over the top and sides, if you desire.
I keep this in the fridge during warm weather.
You can even put nuts on the top, if desired.
Bake cake to package directions and cool.
Mix milk and flour in small saucepan and cook until thick. Take off stove to cool.
Beat together softened butter and crisco for 4 minutes.
Add sugar to butter mixture a bit at a time and beat for another 4 minutes.
Add cooled milk and flour mixture a little at a time to mixture and beat for another 4 minutes.
Add vanilla and almond extract and beat until blended.
Frost cake.
Add cinnamon to cake mix.
Beat salad dressing, cake mix, cinnamon, eggs and water at medium speed until well blended.
Stir in shredded carrots and nuts.
Mix well, but do not beat.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan, which has been greased and lightly floured. Bake 30 to 35 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven or until tested done when touched lightly with fingers.
Cool completely before icing with your favorite icing.

Combine flour, salt and soda; set aside.
Beat eggs in large mixing bowl.
