Mix biscuit mix and yeast. Add warm water until it reaches about the consistency of cake batter.
Add wheat flour until a firm dough is formed. Pat or roll out into desired crust shape, using olive oil as desired to prevent sticking.
Top as desired and bake at around 400 degrees until done, time of course will depend on how thick you make it but 20 minutes is a good estimate.

Sour Cream Yeast Rolls

Soften yeast in water; let stand while combining sour cream, sugar and baking soda in large bowl.
Add 2 cups biscuit mix, then yeast mixture.
Mix well.
Stir in 3 more cups biscuit mix.
Turn dough onto board dusted with 1/2 cup biscuit mix; knead to form smooth ball.
Shape dough into small rounds the size of a walnut. Place close together in buttered 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Let rise until doubled in bulk.

Stir to dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
Mix together sugar, salt, dry milk, eggs, butter or shortening and 1 1/2 cups water. Stir in yeast mixture.
Beat in 3 cups sifted flour.
Beat well. Add 4 2/3 cups sifted flour and knead on lightly floured board. Place in greased bowl and grease up side.
Cover and allow to double in bulk.

Roll out to a 1/4-inch thick rectangle.
Spread with margarine.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Add chopped nuts.
Roll up and pinch ends closed.
