Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In large skillet, brown steak in oil on both sides, cooking about 8 minutes in all.
Transfer steak to oven-proof dish or skillet large enough for all ingredients.

Pat in seasoning and water for 15 minutes.
Take out and flour and brown in skillet, then add meat to water and seasoning.
Cook for one hour.
Cut steak into serving pieces; dredge in flour.
Brown in hot fat and place in large casserole.
Season.
Combine remaining ingredients in skillet drippings.
Bring to a boil for several minutes; pour over steak.
Place on lower rack of oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until steak is tender.
Place steak in a large resealable plastic

Place steak on large piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Place onion slices and mushrooms on top of steak. Pour Dale's steak sauce and water on top of onions and mushrooms. Close foil and secure edges.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 2 hours.

Put steak into a baking dish.

Heavily salt, pepper and garlic salt both sides of steak. Place steak in a 1/2-inch high baking pan, uncovered.
Next, spread ketchup over top.
Add Worcestershire sauce and then place pats of butter on top.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes for medium steak.
Do not cover or turn!! For well-done meat, bake 5 to 10 minutes longer.
Slice thin to 1/4-inch pieces.
