Easy Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 pieces 3/4-inch thick round steak
    salt and pepper
    flour
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    15 oz. can tomato sauce
    8 oz. water
Preparation
    Cut round steak into serving size pieces.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Coat with flour.
    Place in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle steak with onion soup mix and bell pepper.
    Mix tomato sauce and water in a small bowl.
    Pour over steak.
    Seal with foil.
    Bake for 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
