Fresh Homemade Kielbasa

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients (including 2 cups warm water) until well blended.
Soak casings in 6 cups warm water.
Using about one foot of casing for one pound of meat mixture, stuff the casings.
Keep unused casings wet while working, if they start to dry out, they will tear.
Use in your favorite kielbasa recipes.
Kielbasa can be frozen for later use.

Kielbasa Bean Soup

Saute kielbasa and onion until is transparent.
Add all cans of beans and tomatoes (do not drain), add all juices.
Add chicken broth and all remaining ingredients.
Cook together for 1/2-1 hour or put into crockpot and cook on low for several hours.

Combine first 3 ingredients in small crockpot. Add Kielbasa, stirring to coat.
Cover and cook on low 2 1/2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.

Kielbasa Stew

Slice sausage and put in crockpot.
Add cabbage potatoes carrots chicken broth and diced tomatoes.
Add Italian seasoning for flavor.
Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours.
It will cook down and make more juice.

Miss Kitty'S Kielbasa & Sauerkraut

Place all ingredients (except potatoes) in a large stockpot and simmer on medium low heat for 1 - 2 hours to combine all flavors.
Add potatoes the last 30 minutes of cooking. Cook until potatoes are tender.
OR add all ingredients to large crockpot.
Cook on low setting 4-6 hours.

Crock Pot Kielbasa, Sauerkraut & Potatoes

Pour the large can or jar of sauerkraut, with juice, on one side of crock pot.
Drain 2 cans of potatoes and put on other side of crockpot.
Pour the other can of potatoes with juice inches.
Cut up meat into small chunks and put on top.
This must go for 10 hours on low (at the least) for the flavor of the meat to get to potatoes.
I substitute large can of sauerkraut with my own homemade and substitute the potatoes with one quart jar of my canned potatoes with a little of juice.

Crockpot Potatoes

Mix ingredients in crockpot.
Cook on high for 6 hours or on low all day.

Crock Pot Apple And Sauerkraut Kielbasa (Low Fat)

Mix everything into crockpot.
Cook on high for 4-6 hours.

Sweet & Sour Kielbasa

In a medium bowl pour in the grape jelly and mustard. Stir together. Spray a deep baking dish with cooking spray. Cut the kielbasa into 1/4-1/2 inch slices. Put kielbasa into baking dish, pour jelly mixture over the kielbasa. Bake at 375 degrees until the sauce has caramelized the kielbasa on the top. Make sure you stir the dish a couple times during cooking. Cooking time could be between 45 minutes and an hour.
