Whip together Dressing ingredients. Toss dressing with the mixture in the large bowl.
Let this mixture marinate in the fridge for 12-24 hours.
Mix in cashews and Craisins just before serving. Serve cold.
*Note: You could use almonds instead of cashews, but I prefer the cashews. You could also use a different brand of coleslaw dressing, but I've had the best results with Hidden Valley brand. *.
Wash and clean spinach. Tear into bit sized pieces and place in serving bowl.
Add half of cheese and 1/4 onion. Toss to combine.
Combine dressing ingredients (vinaigrette, oj, and orange zest) in a small mixing bowl.

In a small mixing bowl, beat together the oil and mayonnaise until completely blended.
Add the lime juice and beat some more.
Add vinegar and beat again.
Stir in sour cream, blue cheese, salt and hot sauce.
Serve over your favorite salad.

SALAD:
In a large salad bowl mix together the lettuce, apples, onions and craisins.
Toss with salad dressing.
Serve on chilled plates, topped with almonds and blue cheese crumbles.

Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.

Prepare cous-cous according to package directions.
In a small bowl whisk together olive oil, vinegar, lemon zest and lemon juice. Set aside.
Pour prepared cous-cous into a large bowl and fluff with a fork. Add craisins, blue cheese, scallions and pecans. Stir well until completely combined.
Add dressing and mix until salad is completely coated with dressing.
Add 2 pinches of salt, or more, to taste.
Serve warm or at room temperature. Can be stored, covered with plastic, in the fridge.
Add greens to bowl, top with apples and cheese and sprinkle with Glazed Walnuts.

In a large bowl, combine the brocoli slaw, cucumber, scallions, pineapple chunks, almonds, craisins & 1/2c cooked or canned garbanzo beans.
In a food processor, puree remaining 1 1/2c cooked or canned garbanzo beans and garlic cloves. Add tahini & process until smooth. Add soy sauce, lemon juice & sesame oil, and reserved pineapple juice. Puree until smooth & well blended. Use a spatula to scrape down sides.
Taste for seasoning. Add more lemon juice or soy sauce if needed.
Toss dressing with salad & enjoy!

You can substitute regular raisins for golden raisins, but the golden color is a nice contrast to the Craisins.
