Make the cinnamon flavored coffee.

Sprinkle cobbler with cereal.
Bake for an additional 15 minutes.

Preheat oven to 180\u00b0C.
Toss the nuts with the cinnamon and spread on a baking tray and bake until lightly golden and fragrant, about 20 to 25 minutes.
Pour the maple syrup over the nuts and stir to combine and bake for 5 minutes more and then cool on the tray.

Sift together flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and baking soda. Combine margarine, sugar substitute, vanilla and egg until creamy. Add flour mixture and applesauce alternately to creamed mixture.
Fold in raisins and bran cereal.
Drop on nonstick cookie sheet 1-inch apart.
Bake 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Cook raisins in water until water disappears.
Add applesauce, eggs, Sweeta and oil.
Mix well.
Combine dry ingredients and add to first mixture.
Add vanilla and mix well.
Pour into one large, greased loaf pan and two smaller ones.
(I use a tube pan.)
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
(Exchange for each 3 x 3-inch square: 1 bread and 1 fruit.)
Cream the margarine, shortening and brown Sugar Twin.
Add applesauce, eggs and vanilla. Add other ingredients.
Stir in oats, raisins and nuts.
Drop by teaspoons.
Flatten with fork. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Makes 5 dozen.
Beat pumpkin, evaporated milk and eggs, then beat in remaining ingredients. Pour into 9-inch pastry shell. Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake about 40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes our clean.

Bake at 375\u00b0 in a greased pan for 40 to 45 minutes.
Drain peaches; reserve juice. Combine cornstarch, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg in saucepan. Stir in peach juice and blend well. Add peaches and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

In a small heavy saucepan, add the chocolate and coffee and heat until the chocolate melts and the mixture is smooth, about 2 minutes.
Add the cinnamon and allspice.
Slowly add the milk, stirring with a wooden spoon.
When the mixture is hot, mix in the vanilla. Pour into 2 mugs.
Add Splenda to taste, to sweeten.
Top with a dollop of whipped topping and serve.
