In a large pan, fry the hamburger, sausage and onion.

Add the meat and stir.
Add tomato juice to desired thickness.

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0. Brown hamburger meat with chopped celery in skillet. Add cooked rice. Spoon into buttered, shallow casserole dish. Beat eggs together with milk and Chili-O seasoning mix. Pour over rice mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.

McCormick).\tThis recipe serves about 85 for hot dogs or hamburgers for bible school.
Combine chili powder, seasoning, curry powder with the Worcestershire sauce.
Pour over nuts and stir until well coated.
Heat oil in a saucepan until hot, then pour over nuts and mix thoroughly. Spread the nuts on a tray lined with nonstick baking paper and bake in a 350 degree oven F. for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool and store in airtight containers.

Cook for about 30 minutes on low heat and stir to make sure it doesn't stick.

Mix in chili, taco seasoning and jalapenos with hamburger and cook into meat.
Add rest of ingredients and simmer.
We put in crock-pot on low for a watch party.
The longer it slow cooks, the better it is.
In large pan brown beef.
Add onion, beans, tomatoes, chili, sauce, seasoning, carrots, and string beans.
Add zucchini after 20 minutes.
Add red pepper, powder, salt and pepper to taste.
Cook on low heat for an hour.
Brown the meat, onion and garlic in a large saucepan over medium high heat, about 3 minutes. Drain.
Stir in chili powder, cumin, undrained tomatoes and chipotle peppers. Cook for about 10 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
Add the beans and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve with cilantro, avocado and sour cream, if desired. Corn bread and a nice green salad round out the meal.

Take a potato masher and mash mixture up, while still on stove cooking.

If mixture gets too thick, add more water. Chili is best thick.
A good side dish with this is sliced cheese, sweet pickles and onions.
Crumble beef into heated skillet and cook over moderate heat until meat loses red color.
Add onion during the last 5 minutes of cooking time.
Drain off grease.
Add corn, chili and seasoning mix.
Mix well and simmer, covered, while preparing biscuits.
