Chili Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 big onion, sauteed
3 lb. hamburger, browned
2 (10 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, pureed
1/2 tsp. red pepper
paprika to make it red
chili powder to taste
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Saute
the
onions, brown the hamburger.
Add all other ingredients and
simmer for 30 minutes.
I use the packages of chili
seasoning
(Durkee
or
McCormick).\tThis recipe serves about 85 for hot dogs or hamburgers for bible school.
